We are expanding our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) field sales operations and are hiring disciplined and performance-oriented Field Sales Executives.
Role Overview
This is a performance-driven field role focused strictly on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales. The position requires discipline, ethical selling practices, and consistent relationship building with end users within assigned territories.
This is not a casual sales job. It requires structured reporting, accountability, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with end users within assigned territory
- Promote and explain Sydney Doctor health supplements professionally and ethically
- Generate and track individual sales orders
- Coordinate with in-house inventory team for product sign-out and stock movement
- Maintain proper daily sales records and submit structured reports
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Follow company pricing and discount policies strictly (no unauthorized discounting)
- Provide regular market feedback to management
Compensation Structure
- ₹10,000 fixed monthly salary
- 4% commission on individual net collected sales generated by you (after returns and adjustments)
- Commission paid monthly after reconciliation

Essential Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in Pharma / FMCG / Field Sales preferred
- Comfortable with field travel within Kolkata
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and record maintenance
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible work approach
- Good communication skills (Bengali and Hindi required; basic English preferred)
- Ability to follow structured systems and company policies
