Job Summary
Lisco Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair company products at customer locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and configure company products at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Attend service calls and ensure prompt customer support.
- Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with the technical support and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations and basic user training when required.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of service tools and equipment.
- Follow company safety standards and service procedures.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation and service support.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and technical diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering field.
- 1–3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or field service.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.

- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Willingness to travel pan india as per business requirements.
