Job Summary:
The RM (Raw Material) & FG (Finished Goods) Drawing Manager is responsible for maintaining, managing, and updating all drawing-related records of raw materials and finished goods. The role also involves accurate ERP data entry, ensuring proper tracking of inventory, production, and dispatch details in the system.
Key Responsibilities:1. Drawing Management:
- Maintain and organize all RM & FG drawings (physical & digital formats)
- Ensure latest revisions of drawings are available for production
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Quality teams for drawing updates
- Track drawing changes and maintain version control
2. ERP Data Entry:
- Enter RM inward, FG production, and dispatch data into ERP system
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP
- Update BOM (Bill of Materials) and item master data
- Generate daily/weekly reports from ERP
3. Inventory Coordination:
- Monitor RM consumption and FG stock levels
- Support stock audits and reconciliation
- Coordinate with Stores and PPC teams
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of production, dispatch, and inventory
- Prepare reports for management review
- Ensure proper filing and documentation compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech / Any Degree (Mechanical / Production preferred)
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings (2D/3D)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or any local ERP)
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & data entry
- Understanding of manufacturing process
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage records systematically
Experience:
- 1–3 years experience in Manufacturing / ERP / Store / Drawing Management
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of inventory control
- Willingness to work in production environment
