Job Summary
Winsol Hybrid Power Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Engineer – Solar freshers to join our growing renewable energy team. The selected candidates will assist in the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems while gaining hands-on experience in solar engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Support electrical calculations, cable sizing, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
- Participate in site surveys, installation supervision, and system commissioning.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues related to solar PV systems.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and installation teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project records.
- Stay updated with the latest solar technologies, industry standards, and regulations.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, or electrical design software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
