Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Trainee to join our IT Support team. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in enterprise IT systems and technical support. The trainee will gain practical exposure to ERP/CRM platforms (SAP Business One, Salesforce), SQL/RDBMS, Windows Server, and MS Office Administration, while supporting daily IT operations and end-user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for ERP/CRM systems (SAP B1, Salesforce).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL/RDBMS databases, connectivity, and backups.
Assist in Windows Server administration including user accounts, permissions, and system monitoring.
Manage MS Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) for end-users.
Document support requests, resolutions, and maintain IT logs for compliance and reporting.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades, patches, and integration projects.
Participate in testing, validation, and reporting activities related to IT systems.
Ensure adherence to IT security protocols, data privacy, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
Familiarity with SQL/RDBMS concepts and Windows Server fundamentals.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Essential Skills (Must-Have)
Basic IT Knowledge - Understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and networking fundamentals.
ERP/CRM Awareness - Familiarity with SAP Business One and/or Salesforce at a basic level (even academic/project exposure).
Database Fundamentals - Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts (queries, tables, relationships, backups).
Windows Server Basics - User account management, permissions, and system monitoring.
MS Office Administration - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic Office 365 tools.
Problem-Solving Ability - Logical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve user issues.
