Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, addressing any challenges that arise, and contributing to the overall improvement of application performance and functionality. You will also be involved in maintenance and enhancement activities, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience in application maintenance and enhancement.
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting application issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
