Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Ads.
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing.
- Email Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Keyword Research and On-Page/Off-Page SEO.
- Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar) are preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
- Freshers with relevant certifications, internship experience, or a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
