About the Role
A+I Architecture is looking for a capable and design-oriented Architect with 2–6 years of professional experience. The candidate should be able to develop projects from the conceptual stage through detailed working drawings and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
Our practice handles architectural, institutional, industrial, commercial, interior and government-sector projects. The position offers exposure to projects at different stages—from design development and presentations to construction documentation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts and design presentations
- Prepare sanction, tender, DPR, GFC and detailed working drawings
- Produce plans, elevations, sections and construction details
- Create 3D models, architectural visualizations and presentations
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP consultants
- Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related execution issues
- Review drawings for accuracy, coordination and constructability
- Manage assigned work responsibly and meet project deadlines
- Support and guide junior team members when required
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience
- Good understanding of architectural planning, detailing and construction
- Experience preparing working drawings and construction documentation
- Ability to handle projects independently under the guidance of the Principal Architect
- Good communication, coordination and time-management skills
- Willingness to attend project sites when required
Software Proficiency
Candidates should be proficient in relevant architectural software, including:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion or equivalent rendering software
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
- Revit or other BIM software will be an advantage
