- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Service / Body shop technicians
- Ensure all repair work meets quality standards and customer expectations
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and completed jobs
- Manage the scheduling of repairs and allocate resources effectively
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and labor costs
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Plan and implement workflow processes to enhance efficiency
- Prepare reports on shop performance and productivity
