We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager / Production Manager with mandatory experience in the Cattle Feed Manufacturing Industry only. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing cattle feed production, plant operations, quality standards, production planning, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor raw material availability and optimize production efficiency.
- Supervise batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and packing operations.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure product quality as per approved formulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team.
- Monitor production costs, wastage, and resource utilization.
- Lead production supervisors and plant workers.
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in the cattle feed manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of production planning and plant operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
