In this role, you will be an experienced individual contributor within the R&D Business Analysis Team, supporting business decision-making through financial, operational, and analytical insights. You will work across a range of R&D and enterprise initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to analyze data, develop insights, and support planning and execution.
- Perform financial, operational, and business analyses to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Develop and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards
- Support development of business cases, scenarios, and performance tracking
- Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights clearly
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across R&D and enterprise functions
- Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and analyses
The Senior Associate is a strong analytical contributor who applies sound judgment, structured problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver high-quality insights that support business decisions.
- Master’s OR Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel-based financial and analytical modeling
- Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting tools
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business planning
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics tools
- Exposure to R&D or regulated environments
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Adaptability and collaboration
