Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team in Kannur. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding educational courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admissions
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Explain course details, fees, and learning benefits
- Maintain student databases and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the academic and sales team
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally
- Sales or counselling experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Qualification
- Any Degree / Plus Two with relevant skills
