- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Conduct routine inspections of fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, emergency exits, and other safety equipment.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Organize fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures periodically.
- Provide safety induction and awareness training to employees and staff.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events and prepare reports.
- Maintain records related to safety audits, fire equipment inspections, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with external agencies such as Fire Department, Pollution Control Board, and regulatory authorities during inspections.
- Monitor contractors and ensure adherence to safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees.
- Prepare and update emergency response plans and disaster management procedures.
- Respond promptly to fire incidents and other emergencies and lead evacuation activities.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
