Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming goods/materials for quality and quantity.
- Ensure materials received match purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Monitor production quality and report any defects or issues.
- Supervise workers across all departments and ensure smooth operations.
- Track daily production and maintain department-wise records.
- Prepare and issue challans/invoices/dispatch documents.
- Manage inventory and stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Report daily operational updates to management.
Required Skills
- Experience in factory/production supervision.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Ability to check quality and quantities accurately.
- Good communication and worker-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Preferred Experience
1–5 years in a bicycle parts manufacturing / engineering / factory environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
