We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Project Manager to manage client delivery projects related to websites, eCommerce, digital marketing, CRM setup, automation, and business growth services.
The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, manage timelines, communicate with clients, track project progress, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
This is a coordination and delivery management role, not a developer or designer position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from requirement gathering to final delivery
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, marketing, content, CRM, and eCommerce teams
- Create project plans, task timelines, and delivery schedules
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks
- Communicate project updates with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify blockers, risks, and delays proactively
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, meeting notes, and reports
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before delivery
- Handle change requests and coordinate approvals when required

Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in eCommerce projects is mandatory
- 2–5 years of overall experience in Project Coordination or Project Management
- Experience managing website, eCommerce, digital marketing, or agency projects
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
Tools Knowledge
- ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools
- Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Basic understanding of WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or CRM platforms
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
