Customer Support Executive – Email & Chat (Insurance)
Location: Malad, Mumbai
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an Email & Chat Support role in the insurance domain. If you have prior experience handling customer queries through email and chat and are looking for a stable day-shift opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance-related services.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service quality.
- Update customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Email & Chat Support within the insurance industry.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Take-Home Salary: ₹21,000 per month
