Job Description
Keeva Diamond is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships within the diamond industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with diamond manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and international buyers.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and online platforms.
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Promote and sell polished diamonds to domestic and international customers.
- Generate leads through RapNet and other diamond trading platforms.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with procurement, assorting, and export teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, diamond pricing, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or the Diamond Industry.
- Strong understanding of diamond pricing and market dynamics.
- RapNet knowledge preferred.
- Lead generation and client acquisition experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Knowledge of export procedures and international trade will be an advantage.
- Fluent English communication (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Work Location: S-508, Keeva Diamond, Surat Diamond Bourse (SDB), Khajod, Surat, Gujarat – 395007.
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
