We are seeking a qualified and passionate Sanskrit Teacher to teach under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make language learning engaging and meaningful for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective Sanskrit lesson plans aligned with the CBSE syllabus
- Prepare students for periodic tests, half-yearly, and annual examinations
- Develop worksheets, question papers, and teaching–learning materials
- Foster interest in the Sanskrit language, grammar, and literature through interactive methods
- Assess student progress and maintain academic records as per CBSE guidelines
- Provide regular feedback to parents and participate in school academic activities
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Sanskrit
- B.Ed. is mandatory
- Prior experience teaching CBSE curriculum
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to use activity-based and student-centred teaching methods
- Basic digital teaching skills (presentations, smartboard, online resources)
- Passion for promoting Indian languages and culture
