Job Description:
The NClex-RN & Prometric Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs designed to prepare candidates for certification exams administered by Prometric. This role involves developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing support to candidates throughout their exam preparation journey.
Develop and implement individualized tutoring plans based on student needs and goals.
- Provide instruction and guidance on subject matter covered in NClex-RN & Prometric exams.
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust tutoring methods as needed.
- Offer strategies for test-taking, time management, and stress reduction.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest changes and updates in Nclex-RN & Prometric exam formats and content.
- Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their performance.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
