About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, focused Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, conducting sales conversations, and independently closing deals for the company's services. This position is performance-driven and perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service, sales conversion, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, social media, networking, references, and other sales activities.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects and explain the company’s services.
- Conduct meetings and follow-ups with clients.
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations with prospects.
- Negotiate and close deals independently.
- Maintain proper client and lead records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and creative teams for client requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Self-motivated and target-focused mindset.
- Experience in sales/business development is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with calling and client follow-ups.
Other Details
- It is a full-time job with flexible working hours.
- You can expect a salary of ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 per month + incentives that depends on your potential.
