Job Summary
Pepa Digital Solutions is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales presentations, and closing deals for digital marketing, branding, and web development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing, branding, and web development solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and sales closing.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, Website Development, and Advertising Services.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services Company.
- Existing network of business contacts is an advantage.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
