5) Monitor hourly report. 6Ensure the tagging procedure online. 5Follow Esclation procedure in case of NC & fill deviation report.
6) Use Reaction plan- breackdown, correction & re-verification
7) Maintain shift log book.
8) Follow the 4M procedure.
9) Follow Task & Activities
10) Involved in Line improvement activity: 5S, Target for eatch 1 KAIZEN per month.
11) Ensure all measurement instruments, gauges using are calibrated.
12) Prepare layout inspection plan-SC/CC
13) Lux level Monitring
Authority:
1) Authorized to stop line in case of Non-conformance.
2) Undderstand the failure modes & its effects on next process, customers & end users.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
