*Job Responsibilities:*
1. *Sales Strategy & Target Achievement*
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the showroom.
- Monitor and assess sales performance to ensure consistent progress toward business goals.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to drive targeted sales initiatives.
2. *Team Leadership & Management*
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team effectiveness.
3. *Customer Relationship Management*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers, ensuring a personalized and exceptional buying experience.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and queries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through after-sales service.
4. *Sales Reporting & Analysis*
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, analyzing trends, inventory levels, and market competition.
- Track key performance and report sales results to senior management.
- Implement corrective actions based on sales performance metrics.
5. *Showroom Operations & Sales Process Management*
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes and optimal showroom presentation.
- Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, and handle order placement and vehicle delivery coordination.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations for sales, paperwork, and transactions.
6. *Promotions & Marketing Coordination*
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to drive showroom traffic and sales.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
7. *Financial Management*
- Oversee the preparation and approval of sales contracts, ensuring accurate pricing, financing options, and all necessary documentation.
- Monitor payment collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions for both sales and after-sales services.
8. *Collaboration with Other Departments*
- Work closely with the service, finance, and customer support teams to ensure customers receive a comprehensive, seamless experience.
- Facilitate collaboration between the sales team and showroom management to align goals and improve operational efficiency.
9. *Business Development & Market Expansion*
- Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the showroom’s customer base.
- Identify potential markets and customer segments for growth, particularly within the local Kerala market.
10. *Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution*
- Resolve any customer-related issues, escalations, or internal team conflicts with professionalism and a focus on maintaining positive relationships.
- Implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
