Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing positions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Negotiate compensation and assist in offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT / Non-IT hiring.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and employer branding.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
