1. Production:
-
Learn and assist in manufacturing processes such as welding, fabrica on, and assembly of skid packages.
-
Participate in production planning, resource allocation, and line balancing.
-
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety parameters on the shop floor.
-
Support implementation of lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
2. Quality Assurance & Control:
-
Understand and assist in inspection processes for raw materials, in-process items, and final products.
-
Learn about international codes and standards (ASME, ISO, etc.) applicable to skid packages.
-
Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
-
Support documentation, calibration, and testing activities.
3. Engineering & Design:
-
Learn basic design principles for Piping Skids, Electrical & Instrumentation layouts, and 3D modeling.
-
Assist in preparing GA drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.
-
Work with software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or EPLAN for drawing and designing.
-
Understand client technical specifications and project-specific requirements.
4. Sales & Marketing:
-
Assist in preparing technical/commercial proposals and RFQ documentation.
-
Support the team in costing, estimation, and pre-bid queries.
-
Participate in customer presentations, technical clarifications, and market research.
-
Maintain CRM entries and assist in post-order customer coordination.
5. Maintenance-Electrical Engineer
-
Assist in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
-
Support troubleshooting of electrical systems, including MCC/PCC panels, VFDs, DG sets, and control panels.
-
Maintain maintenance records and follow electrical safety, statutory, and operational standards.
The position will be subject to a 1-year training bond from the date of joining.
As part of the training agreement, a security cheque of ₹30,000/- will be required.
The security cheque will not be encashed and will be returned upon successful completion of the probation/training period, subject to the terms of the agreement.
