Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Manager – Subscription Sales to drive subscription growth and revenue generation for the Vryfide platform.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates, clients, and employers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSubscription Sales & Revenue Growth
- Promote and sell Vryfide subscription plans and career solutions
- Generate revenue through candidate onboarding and subscription conversions
- Explain platform benefits, AI-powered tools, and career services to potential users
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Onboarding & Engagement
- Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and registered users
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer onboarding experience
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and digital outreach
- Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies
- Maintain strong follow-up and conversion processes
- Support business expansion and customer acquisition initiatives
Employer & Marketplace Support
- Coordinate with employers and recruiters for hiring-related requirements
- Support employer onboarding and marketplace engagement activities
- Encourage platform usage and job posting activity
Key Requirements
- 2–6+ years of experience in Sales, Subscription Sales, Business Development, EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, or Client Acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Excellent convincing and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in B2C and B2B sales preferred
