- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP Global Trade Services modules to support business operations.
- Experience in integrating SAP Global Trade Services with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP Global Trade Services environments.
- Familiarity with business process analysis and translating requirements into technical solutions within SAP Global Trade Services.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of SAP Global Trade Services applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
