Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant with a strong background in HRMS and Finance processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation, workflow configuration, process setup, business process mapping, and functional support. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to streamline HR and Finance operations through Oracle NetSuite solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HRMS and Finance functions.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle NetSuite ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Design, configure, and manage NetSuite workflows, approvals, automations, and business process setups.
- Strong involvement in process configuration, system setup, approval hierarchy, role permissions, and workflow optimization.
- Provide functional expertise in Finance modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Procurement & Expense Management
- Financial Reporting & Budgeting
- Support HR-related workflows, employee data management, payroll coordination, and integration requirements.
- Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customization, workflows, saved searches, reports, scripts, and integrations.
- Work on third-party integrations, including payroll systems, HRMS platforms, banking systems, CRM, and external applications through APIs or middleware.
- Configure and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, approval mechanisms, and automated business processes.
- Support data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), issue resolution, and end-user training.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation including BRD, FSD, SOPs, process flows, and test cases.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and business continuity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional expertise in NetSuite ERP, particularly in Finance modules and HRMS-related processes.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Workflow configuration, business process setup, approvals, and automation within NetSuite.
- Experience in NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, saved searches, dashboards, reporting, and system setup.
- Knowledge of:
- Financial accounting processes
- HR and payroll workflows
- ERP implementation and support
- Business process automation
- Data migration and system integrations
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, functional testing, and workflow optimization.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in NetSuite implementation, migration, or enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of SuiteScript or technical coordination will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to multi-country finance, payroll, and compliance processes.
- Relevant Oracle NetSuite certifications are preferred.
- Should be fluent in English Language
