Job Summary
M. R. Electricals (Project Division) is looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organized professional to manage Front Office Operations, Administration, Housekeeping Supervision, Facility Management, Branding Activities, Social Media Coordination, and Corporate Communications.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, strong coordination abilities, and basic knowledge of social media platforms, office administration, and vendor management. The role is designed to provide comprehensive support to management while ensuring a professional office environment and enhancing the company's corporate image.
Key Responsibilities1. Front Office & Reception Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and guests professionally.
- Attend, screen, and transfer incoming calls.
- Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrangements.
- Handle inward and outward courier, parcel, and document dispatches.
- Ensure professional reception and office ambience at all times.
- Assist management with routine administrative tasks.
2. Housekeeping & Facility Management
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards across office premises.
- Ensure cleanliness of reception area, cabins, conference rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
- Monitor housekeeping schedules and maintain inspection checklists.
- Ensure availability of pantry items, drinking water, tea/coffee supplies, and housekeeping materials.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office infrastructure.
- Manage pest control, office upkeep, and facility service providers.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues for prompt resolution.
3. Office Administration
- Maintain office stationery inventory and issue records.
- Coordinate procurement of office consumables and administrative supplies.
- Maintain office asset registers and records.
- Coordinate with vendors for internet, printers, housekeeping, courier, security, and maintenance services.
- Maintain records of utility bills, service contracts, and annual maintenance agreements (AMCs).
- Ensure proper filing and document management systems.
- Support management in day-to-day office operations.
4. HR & Employee Support
- Assist HR department in employee onboarding activities.
- Maintain attendance records and employee databases.
- Coordinate employee ID cards, visiting cards, and access requirements.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and candidate coordination.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, birthdays, festivals, and internal events.
- Coordinate employee communication and notices.
5. Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Arrange hotel bookings, air tickets, train tickets, and local transportation for employees and guests.
- Coordinate accommodation and travel requirements for visitors and management.
- Maintain travel records and supporting documentation.
6. Branding & Corporate Image Management
- Maintain company brochures, presentations, profiles, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with branding agencies, designers, photographers, and printers.
- Collect project photographs, videos, completion certificates, and client testimonials from project teams.
- Maintain a digital library of project credentials and company achievements.
- Support management in preparing company presentations and marketing documents.
- Ensure company branding materials remain updated and professionally maintained.
7. Social Media & Digital Presence Support
- Manage and update company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
- Publish project updates, achievements, company events, festival greetings, employee activities, and corporate announcements.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect site photographs and progress updates.
- Maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with external agencies for content creation and branding activities.
- Monitor engagement and prepare basic social media activity reports.
8. Website & Corporate Communication Support
- Coordinate website content updates with developers or agencies.
- Upload project achievements, certifications, client references, and company updates.
- Draft basic corporate communications, greetings, event invitations, and employee announcements.
- Support management in organizing company events, meetings, and client visits.
9. Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain proper filing of administrative, HR, and branding-related documents.
- Manage inward/outward registers and document tracking systems.
- Scan, archive, and organize important records in physical and digital formats.
- Maintain project photographs, work completion records, and company credentials.
10. ERP & MIS Support
- Assist in maintaining administrative records within ERP systems.
- Update attendance, asset, and inventory-related information.
- Generate basic administrative and facility management reports.
- Support management in preparing monthly MIS and status reports.
Desired Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Pleasing personality and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, communication skills, and branding/social media capabilities).
