Job Opening: Headmistress (HM) / Vice Principal
Delhi Public School, Gurugram Sector 67A invites applications for the position of Headmistress (HM) / Vice Principal.
We are looking for a dynamic and academically driven educational leader with proven leadership experience and a passion for excellence. Candidates with experience in leading or managing a startup school and fostering strong parent-school partnerships will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in academic administration and school operations
Prior experience in a startup school preferred
Strong academic orientation and leadership skills
Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Thorough understanding of and commitment to strict adherence to CBSE curriculum, guidelines, and best practices
Proficiency in modern pedagogical approaches and educational technology
Compensation
₹1,25,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month
(Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.)
Preference will be given to candidates currently serving as Headmistresses or Vice Principals in reputed CBSE schools.
