We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell residential/commercial properties and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Meet clients and explain property details, pricing, and offers
- Arrange site visits and follow up with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop and implement real estate marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and provide proper guidance
- Coordinate with the sales team and management
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports
Requirements

- Two-wheeler and field sales experience preferred
