Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling and innovative assets for both digital and print media, including social media creatives, website banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all visual outputs while adhering to brand standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery from concept to final execution.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve output quality.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure cohesive brand representation across all channels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio of creative work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with digital design best practices, including web design principles and basic UI/UX concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design ideas effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a marketing or advertising environment is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
