Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP/HVAC systems , 4 yrs GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- o HVAC systems (chilled water, VRF, ventilation)
- o Plumbing and firefighting systems
- o BMS systems related to Mechanical & HVAC controls (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, ventilation systems)
- o Conveying System (Elevators)
- Experience in: o Review of control schematics and sequences of operation o Shop drawing and technical submittal review for Mechanical and BMS-related systems
- Familiarity with standards such as ASHRAE,SMACNA,IPC, NFPA and relevant control/BMS practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office
Ability to coordinate with Electrical team for BMS integration and control panels
Pay: ₹18,964.20 - ₹61,591.07 per month
