Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor workforce productivity and maintain site discipline.
- Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain quality control standards and report progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Requirements:
Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 1-2 Years
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge in MS Word & Excel
