Experience Required:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce telecalling, telesales, or customer conversion roles.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, order processing, upselling, and customer retention.
- Ability to convert leads into sales and achieve targets.
- Good communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads and customers.
- Convert inquiries into orders.
- Upsell and cross-sell products.
- Handle customer queries and provide product information.
- Maintain CRM and customer records.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding orders and deliveries.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or D2C e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with CRM software and WhatsApp-based sales.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
