The AVP Product Manager in the Digital Onboarding team will contribute to digital initiatives across retail banking products, with a focus on video-enabled KYC processes. The role involves supporting the conceptualization, design, and launch of innovative financial products while enhancing customer experience and driving business growth.
1. Product Development and Innovation
- Support the development and launch of customer-focused financial products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product strategies effectively.
2. Digital Transformation and Customer Experience
- Work with technology teams to enable digital-first solutions and seamless customer journeys.
- Incorporate customer insights to improve product features and usability.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to data-driven strategies that support product performance and business goals.
4. Revenue and Performance Management
- Assist in monitoring product performance, revenue, and profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities and support initiatives to improve portfolio returns.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with teams including business development, marketing, risk, and legal to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital onboarding (VKYC) products, including ideation, design, development, and go-to-market activities.
- Analyze customer data to enhance product design and align with evolving needs.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and customer experience.
- Prepare presentations and business cases for new product proposals.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, including V-CIP guidelines.
- MBA or M.Tech (preferred)
- Understanding of video-based KYC or digital banking products is preferred.
- Knowledge of V-CIP regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with an emphasis on innovation.
- Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of liability products and payments.
