We are seeking an energetic, creative, and results-driven Hotel Marketing Executive to elevate our brand presence and drive direct bookings. In this role, you will execute daily marketing activities across digital, social, and traditional channels. You will be responsible for showcasing our rooms, dining experiences, amenities, and events to travelers and locals alike, turning casual browsers into loyal guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Social Media Management: Manage the hotel’s social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). Shoot high-quality photo/video content of the property, food & beverage (F&B) offerings, and guest experiences.
- Digital Marketing & Website Updates: Assist in running targeted email marketing campaigns, updating the hotel website with seasonal packages, and monitoring basic SEO and pay-per-click (PPC) performance.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to guest reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google Business Profile, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) channels, maintaining a polished and welcoming brand voice.
- Collateral & Design: Coordinate the production of promotional materials, including digital brochures, restaurant menus, spa flyers, and in-room guest signage (using tools like Canva or collaborating with graphic designers).
- Public Relations & Partnerships: Coordinate with local influencers, media, and corporate partners for property visits, tastings, and collaborative events.
- Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and monthly website traffic, compiling data into actionable reports to optimize ROI (Return on Investment).
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, tourism, luxury retail, or a creative agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Savvy: Strong familiarity with social media algorithms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Creative Eye: Proficiency in basic photography/videography and mobile video editing apps (CapCut, Canva) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with a knack for hospitality storytelling (making an executive suite or a cocktail sound enticing).
- Attributes: Adaptable, highly organized, and comfortable collaborating across departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) to capture marketing moments.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
