A Shop Helper ensures smooth daily operations by assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and organizing inventory. They are essential in managing stock, fulfilling customer requests, and supporting the sales team to keep the shop floor running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome visitors, answer basic questions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
Stock Management: Unpack, organize, and replenish inventory in the storage areas and display shelves.
Store Maintenance: Keep the shop floor, trial rooms, and windows clean, neat, and well-organized.
Product Prep: Assist with tagging items, folding merchandise, and packaging goods for customers.
Support Operations: Run necessary errands, assist cashiers, and complete other duties assigned by the shop manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum 10th
Physical Ability: Must be energetic, physically fit, and able to lift heavy boxes or stand for extended periods.
Language: Good communication skills in the local languages (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi) to interact with customers comfortably.
Attitude: A reliable, organized, and hardworking individual who is a team player.
Salary
