Performance Marketing Executive – Luxury Real Estate
Are you passionate about driving high-quality leads through data-driven marketing strategies? We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing luxury real estate team.
Location: Athani, Nedumbassery, Kochi (On-site)
Relocation: Mandatory
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury real estate lead generation
Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking
Ability to optimize campaigns for lead quality and Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Experience managing campaign budgets and performance reporting
Understanding of landing pages, lead funnels, and retargeting strategies
Preferred Experience:
- Luxury villas, apartments, resorts, or premium real estate projects
- NRI, GCC, and HNI audience targeting
- CRM and lead management systems
- Creative strategy and ad optimization
Languages:
Mandatory: English & Malayalam
Preferred: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu
