Social Media Manager – Real Estate
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with 4 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, growing brand presence, and generating leads through social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for real estate brands.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Develop content around properties, real estate projects, market trends, and industry insights.
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and leads.
- Research real estate trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Generate creative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4 years of professional experience in Social Media Management.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing and buyer behavior.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic design/video editing tools is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
