We are looking for an energetic, people-first trainer who can take ownership of the Communication and Personality Development.

*WHAT YOU WILL DO*

▸ Deliver weekly live sessions on spoken communication, professional writing, body language, confidence and group discussion
▸ Conduct mock interviews and provide structured, actionable feedback
▸ Facilitate group discussion (GD) practice and debrief sessions
▸ Run Dale Carnegie-inspired activities on public speaking, storytelling and interpersonal skills
▸ Design and update session materials, activities and exercises
▸ Track individual student progress and share monthly feedback reports
▸ Work alongside the Data and AI mentor to integrate professional communication into project presentations
▸ Contribute to session design for Emotional Intelligence, Growth Mindset and leadership frameworks

✔ Fresh graduate or postgraduate in English, Mass Communication, Psychology, HR, MBA or any related field
✔ Exceptional spoken and written English — clear, confident and engaging
✔ Natural ability to hold a room and make people feel comfortable speaking up
✔ Genuine interest in employee development, not just content delivery
✔ Comfortable on Microsoft Teams and digital collaboration tools
✔ Organised and able to manage feedback, trackers and session plans
✔ Familiarity with Dale Carnegie principles, Emotional Intelligence or similar frameworks is a strong plus — but we will train the right person
