Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning:
· Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
· Provide financial insights to drive business growth and profitability.
· Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the financial landscape.
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance:
· Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
· Maintain compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS/ IFRS/ GAAP) and regulatory bodies (SEBI, RBI, FEMA,GST, Income Tax, etc.).
· Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
3. Accounting & Control:
· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations ( Standalone, JV, Subsidiaries etc.)and internal financial controls.
· Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies and procedures.
· Optimize financial systems, processes, and automation initiatives.
4. Treasury & Risk Management:
· Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
· Mitigate financial risks, including credit, currency, and operational risks.
· Optimize working capital and ensure efficient fund allocation.
5. Taxation & Compliance:
· Oversee direct and indirect tax planning, filing, and compliance.
· Ensure adherence to tax regulations and optimize tax liabilities.
· Handle tax assessments, litigations, and audits.
6. Cost Optimization & Profitability:
· Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost savings.
· Drive operational efficiency to enhance profitability and ROI.
· Support pricing, cost control, and financial decision-making.
7. Leadership & Team Management:
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounts team.
· Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for financial excellence.
· Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and financial discipline.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
