About the Role
We're looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to join our in-house team, producing
reels and short-form video content across brands in the wellness, herbal, Ayurveda, and tech space.
You'll be shooting content on-site using our in-house studio and camera setup, and turning it into
scroll-stopping, trend-aware content.
What You'll Do
* Shoot short-form video content (reels/Instagram/YouTube Shorts) using phone and studio
camera equipment
* Basic editing of raw footage - trims, cuts, captions, music sync, transitions
* Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and meme-style content, and adapt them to brand
voice
* Collaborate with the content/marketing team on concepts, scripts, and shot lists
* Write or assist with captions in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi as needed
* Work across multiple brand accounts spanning wellness, herbal products, Ayurveda, and
tech - adapting tone and style to each
* Maintain a consistent shoot/edit workflow and turnaround time
What We're Looking For
* Comfortable shooting on phone camera; willingness to also use studio camera equipment
* Basic proficiency in editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva, Instagram Edits, or similar)
* An eye for trends, pacing, and what makes content scroll-worthy
* Fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi (spoken and written)
* Freshers with a strong reel/portfolio are welcome; 6+ months of relevant experience
preferred
* Ability to work in-person, Mon–Sat, 4–5 hours daily
* Bonus: interest in meme-style or trend-jacked content formats
Nice to Have
* Prior experience creating content for wellness, D2C, healthcare, or Ayurveda brands
* Basic understanding of Instagram/Meta content performance (views, saves, shares)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
