Educadd is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Counsellor / Business Development Associate (BDA) to guide prospective students and support admissions growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a student-first approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries and admissions.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead data, student records, and daily follow-up reports in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and training teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Conduct telephonic counselling and walk-in counselling sessions.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive counselling experience.
- Support promotional activities, events, and admission campaigns.
- Prepare daily progress reports and admission updates.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Counselling, BDA, Telecalling, Sales, or Education Industry.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
