An IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users regarding hardware, software, and network issues. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations by troubleshooting problems, maintaining systems, and supporting end-users either remotely or on-site.
- IT Helpdesk Tickets Handling and Troubleshooting
- Handling Firewall and Networking
- Server Support like VMs, Windows
- Desktop, Laptop, Operating System, Printers Support
- Antivirus Support
- Purchase Requisition Follow-up
- All Application Installation Support
- RF Tower Support
- CCTV Support
- Access Control Support (WIFI)
- Fortinet Firewall Full Support
- Networking
- Switch (L3 & L2) Configuration Full Support
- Crimping, Laying, Troubleshooting
- VLAN Configuration and Handling
- DHCP, IP, Mac Binding Support
- Access Control
- RF Tower Support
- CCTV
- Operating System – Windows
- Application Installation Support – Need to handle all applications like SolidWorks & Design Software, SAP, PDM etc.,
- New Software Implementation – Co-ordination with Vendor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
