- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Mandatory to have Petpooja software knowledge
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and data recovery.
- Ensure IT security policies are implemented and followed.
- Troubleshoot server, network, and application issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and software support.
- Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and asset records.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support implementation of new IT systems and technology upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and standards.
Pay: ₹10,645.46 - ₹26,000.00 per month
