We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Deputy Manager – Textile to oversee production operations, quality control, and process improvement activities in our textile manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resources, and achieving production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing daily textile production activities.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Optimize manpower utilization and production efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company policies.
- Prepare production reports and MIS for management review.
- Handle team supervision, training, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in textile manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of textile production processes, quality systems, and manufacturing practices.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
