We are seeking an IT Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, client communication, and business development for IT services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tools such as Lusha, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms, and prospect research tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Lusha, Snov.io, email campaigns, and other outreach channels.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities for IT services.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Conduct email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and client communication.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
- Understand client requirements and assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, and ongoing discussions.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Business Development.
- Experience with Lusha, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
- Good research, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Important Note:-
Candidates whose experience is limited only to Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or other bidding platforms will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in outbound lead generation, prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and direct client acquisition.
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
