Job Summary
KIT Skill Hub is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential students, understand their career goals, explain our courses, and convert qualified leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Explain KIT Skill Hub courses and training programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle basic queries related to courses, batches, fees, duration, and admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, counselling, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Telugu and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
