About the Role:
We are looking for an ERP Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ERP systems, especially ERPNext. This role involves working closely with business teams across manufacturing, construction, and services to deliver practical, scalable ERP solutions.
You will lead end-to-end implementations, configure workflows, and build integrations that connect real-world operations with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of ERPNext across manufacturing plants, construction projects, and service businesses
- Configure modules including Manufacturing (BOM, Work Orders, MRP), Projects, Inventory, Accounts, and HR
- Design and optimize workflows such as production planning, shop-floor tracking, subcontracting, project costing, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), site material management, and contractor billing
- Develop custom scripts, reports, and integrations using the Frappe Framework
- Build REST APIs, automation rules, and document workflows tailored to business needs
- Integrate ERPNext with external systems like IIoT/SCADA dashboards, weighing systems, attendance devices, and third-party tools
- Design and manage multi-company and multi-site ERP deployments
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, and business regulations
- Create dashboards and MIS reports for production, project tracking, cost control, and financial insights
- Handle data migration, user training, and change management across teams
- Optimize ERP performance, security, and scalability (on-premise or cloud)
- Implement role-based access control, backups, and system monitoring
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into ERP workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in ERP implementation (ERPNext preferred)
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, construction, or services
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext modules (Manufacturing, Projects, Inventory, Accounts, HR)
- Experience with scripting and customization using Python and Frappe Framework
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations
- Understanding of accounting principles and GST
- Experience with data migration and user training
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating ERP with IIoT / SCADA systems
- Knowledge of construction workflows (BOQ, project costing, site management)
- Experience with cloud deployments and performance tuning
- Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboard design
- Exposure to multi-company ERP environments
